  Hi everyone,For the next chapter the skill tree will be updated to better reflect the content in the game.The old skill tree looked like this:And the new one will look like this:The biggest changes are in the honorable skills.This group was always the hardest one to fit kinks with the personality. The sensitive and manly ones are easier, cunning also makes sense, but the honorable tree always felt a bit esoteric. So, I've decided to replace "Free use", "kinkster" and "Discipline", with "In front of others", "Group kink" and "Worship". I think these make more sense."In front of others" is a continuation of the "Exhibitionism" line and is self-explanatory. "Kinkster" was always weird and arbitrary, so, I replacing it with "group kink" makes more sense. This way, we have a new skill to use for the group sex scenes with more than 2 people. • Chapter 8 preview and Progress report - 27 September 2025

  Hi everyone,I'd like to apologize for how slowly the development of "Nothing is Forever" has been. Chapter 8 will, most likely, be ready some time in November. It'll be the last big chapter. After that, there will still be another update to act as an epilogue and wrap things up, that will coincide with the full release out of early access. Endings are hard to do. Even multi-millionaire productions can screw them up. To complicate things, NiF is kind of a soap opera. There are no overarching plot points, no big bad guy to defeat, no ring to destroy. It's just a few people living their lives. The story could keep going on and on. But, nothing is forever (lol). You have to end it at some point, call the "and they lived happily ever after" screen, and let the credits roll.The hard part is making all the paths end in a satisfactory way at the same time.   Hello everyone! First Steam update is finally ready. Chapter 7 will be released in two parts: part 1 is out today; part 2 will be ready in about 5-6 weeks.
