• Demo news and a little retrospective - 11 July 2025

  hi everyone, i'm excited to announce that a new version of the Helping Ani demo is in the works! why, you ask? well, the game has changed so much since its original concept that the current demo no longer reflects its real personality... so, to fix that, a brand new demo is coming! the old demo will be replaced. you won't be able to play it once the new one is live.now, about the game itself... development is going really well. i'm doing my best to make the experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. controller support, two language options, tons of easter eggs...to be honest, the scope of this project has grown a lot. maybe that's why i felt intimidated to work on it before. but that's in the past now. i'm feeling motivated.i'm aiming to launch it this year... i swear... that said, look at this amazing drawing my friend Laura made!

• Spanish Language Support! (and more...) - 20 March 2025

  Hi everyone! We're glad to announce that Helping Ani is getting Spanish Language Support! For the last couple of months, we've been announcing news about Helping Ani on our Twitter (X), one of them being that we will do research on how to properly translate the game to other languages. Officially, we're planning to do a whole Spanish translation (since I, Lana, am a native Spanish speaker), and we already have someone to take care about the English version too. And, of course, the development has started once again... Many things will change, many things will be added and some removed, but most importantly, Helping Ani will come out... someday... Stay tuned for news~

• Helping Ani Delayed - 12 November 2023

  Hi guys, It's so sad to announce this, but recently I had a problem with my hard drive and lost ALL of Helping Ani's project, I couldn't save anything... So I'll need to start the WHOLE project from the beginning. When I knew that I lost everything, I just broke, but it's my fault for not having any backup or anything to save the project... But hey, it's not all about bad news, I'll be redoing the project from the beginning using a different engine, so I'll have more flexibility and have a really distinguish project. There is no clear date of when will I start the project again, because I want to prioritize other project whose name I will keep secret, but I'll just let this slip here... Anyways, have a good day everyone, because I'm not doing very well right now. Thank you for reading. - Lenny_Dev
