• SAVE DATA RECOVERY! SWOLLEN TO BURSTING V1.4.1.1 - 27 January 2024

  Last night I released version 1.4.2 of SWOLLEN TO BURSTING, but unfortunately I'd overlooked an issue where my revamped saving system would wipe all the user's save data from previous versions of the game. 1.4.2 was released to Steam with this issue and everyone's SWOLLEN TO BURSTING save data was wiped with no way of full recovery. So this morning I reverted the game to the previous version, 1.4.1, with the old save system that wont wipe itself with every update. But I also wanted to do what I could to give you all your save files back. It's a very inelegant solution, but I've made a folder of save files within the SWOLLEN TO BURSTING game folder.   Unfortunately I overlooked a bug in the most recent patch (V1.4.2) which wiped everyone's save files. This is obviously a very severe issue and unfortunately your specific saves can't be recovered. I am working on a patch which will include a folder of save backups for each specific milestone of the game. You will be able to pick whichever ones you'd like to regain your progress. This obviously isn't a very elegant solution but I am trying to do what I can as quick as possible and this seems like a good way to get everyone who lost progress at least quite close to where they were in the game. I am so sorry about this.

  I was hoping to make a big update with lots of improvements and additions, and to release the OST on streaming to coincide with the update. Unfortunately I've burned out and given up. I haven't really tested this update so it probably ruins a bunch of stuff. Please message me with bugs so I can fix them quickly.
