• Devlog #8 and character creation preview are out! - 17 May 2025

  The new DevLog #8 was publised a few weeks ago! This time, we were focusing on a few different things that weren't really presented in previous DevLogs, namely: ⚒️ crafting, gathering 🌿 and several minor but no less important features! We've also published a first preview of our work in progress character creation, you can have a look here : As usual, everything we show is under development, so just because we show it on video doesn't mean it's finished. We're in the middle of preparing the first alpha, and a lot of things are still going to change. Don't forget to share the videos to help us spread the word about the project! Thank you!

• New specialization reveal: The Assassin! - 27 September 2024

  Hi dear community! It is time to reveal an aditionnal specialization we've been working on: The Assassin! Initially part of the stretch goals on Kickstarter, we were hesitant to include it for the first game release as it needed to create some unique stealth mechanics. But after tests and reflexion, we decided to include this iconic class into Ascent Quest as part of the first wave of specializations. We'll show it in action once its development is more advanced. A new page has been added to the website to present all specializations with their theme and main skill (likely to change based on feed back we'll get during the future alpha and beta). We are creating more pages to explain all the mechanics of the game if you missed our Devlogs.
