Slightly decreased opponent aggression. Significantly decreased pull back strength to promote more side by side racing.

The race distance percentages should be more accurate now. Reduced drag, so pulling out from behind other cars wont slow down a car as quickly.

This is a major change that reenables about 10 different drafting physics/parameters. It was broken a couple of days ago right before release. This is why there was seemingly no drag outside draft. After digging through the code all day, this has been fixed & patched as of 5 mins ago. Everything will feel more dynamic and realistic now.
