  Backrooms Versus - Alpha 1.0 Is Live Backrooms Versus has officially moved from the old UE5 prototype into a new Unity build. This is the first playable Alpha 1.0 test, which means the core game loop is finally online, but this is still very much an unfinished alpha. Expect placeholder visuals, rough balance, missing animations, bugs, and systems that will keep changing. Major Rebuild Rebuilt the project in Unity 6000 with URP. Moved multiplayer to Netcode for GameObjects with Steam P2P support. Added Steam hosting, joining, lobby invites, and lobby ID joining. Added a new 3D main menu scene with music, options, tutorial access, and host/join flow. Playable Multiplayer Loop Players can host and join live Steam sessions.
