• Rest of the noob patch + Voice lines - 22 September 2023

  This patch completes the new player friendly changes , with better arrows pointing to where to click and new exit icons. This patch also incudes a ton of new text lines for sgiggy and the bosses so be sure to check those out !

• Hot Fix/ 1/2Noob Patch - 19 September 2023

  While implementing some changes to the tutorial, and adding a CPU Bot to help out noobs/keep you company on single player I found a fatal bug :/ oof. luckily it was easy to squash once I knew it existed. The game would crash because bullets could connect with boss spawners (which they were not suppose to) and cause issues. I don't know how me or any of our beta testers had not run into this one sooner, with our hours and hours of gameplay. My apologies if this affected any of your runs with the game seeming to suddenly crash on round 10 or any multiples of 10 up to 100 (since that's when the bosses spawn) . Its hard to find all the bugs by myself being the only dev, so bug reports, and feedback are much appreciated. • Upcoming Tutorial and Quaility of life Updates - 17 September 2023

  One Entity is currently working on some improvements to help new players get started in Doughbee. We have received reports that some players have had trouble understanding the starting tutorial that teaches how to navigate the Main Menu. We will be making it easier for players to finish the starting tutorial and get players into their first game. Additionally, we are working on an in-game tool tip system. We have also received some reports that some players are unaware Doughbee's orb shot is meant to be charged up by holding down the shoot button and releasing when fully charged for maximum damage. Spamming shots is a useful tactic once Doughbee's charge speed has been upgraded to a sufficient level, but can be a weak tactic to use early on.
