  Greetings Drivers! Wreckage’s Early Access begins now, on the 30th anniversary of Twisted Metal. Without the monumental impact that Twisted Metal I & II had on us, Wreckage simply would not exist today. We know there are many others out there like us who grew up with classic car combat games, and there are few titles that both capture the nostalgia and scratch the itch.   Pardon our dust, we’ve been hard at work dialing in arenas full of secrets, tuning progression systems, and working on driver stories to flesh out the world of WRECKAGE. Thank you for sticking with us while we’ve had our heads down! Thankfully, we have some BIG news: A playable demo is launching on October 13th for Steam Next Fest! Early Access will be available on November 5th, 2025 (also the 30th anniversary of the first Twisted Metal!).If you’re new here, WRECKAGE is a car combat brawler and spiritual successor to Twisted Metal 1 & 2. • Accepting Requests for Playtest... - 25 January 2024

  Hey all, We attended MAGFest 2024 last weekend and had a blast! We got to show off the game and get some great feedback. Our booth was setup for 1-4 player couch co-op, versus, or singleplayer campaign. We had a ton of people stop by to play and chat. From that, we found bugs, we found some mechanics were confusing - but we also found that people really *really* enjoyed the game despite the minor snags. We're posting the build we took there live, it is not feature complete or representative of the final game. If you want to help us out and provide some feedback - hop on in! On our Steam page for Wreckage you can select 'Request Access' which will put you in queue to be accepted for the playtest/demo. Next week we plan to accept those requests for a week long playtest ending on Friday, February 2nd. Andy

• Milestone #1: Store page is live! - 21 August 2023

  This is a big milestone for us -- we got the store page up! Wreckage is a labor of love to the car combat genre, Twisted Metal, Vigilante 8, Carmageddon, even that weird one where you played as a tax driver in a dystopian cyber future with hood mounted rocket launchers... but it's also a dedication to our home state of Florida where we grew up and call home from time to time. The vehicles are all inspired by ones we've seen here, and every arena is based on a major Florida landmark that we've visited ourselves. The wildlife, the weather, the chaos of growing up in this weird state; it's all here. We started this journey 5 years ago, as an on-again off-again project but it's time to take it home. We'll be continuing to work on this throughout the year, getting all of our maps, bosses, and singleplayer driver story campaigns completed. If you want to follow the development, please add us…
