This new puzzle has been exclusively designed for the cooperative mode, which means you can only play it with your friends and work together to solve it.   Hi everyone, We have just released a new version with some important changes. Here's the log: Networking code improved (lag removed). The player no longer slides while moving around. Female character added. New puzzle added. Option menu added (not in-game yet). Lighting enhanced. The ragdoll improved upon player death. The difficulty of some puzzles has been balanced. Music and sound effects improved. The major improvement involves the netcode for sure: some players had a hard time trying to move across the labyrinth due to network lag, so we took some time to figure out how to fix this issue... and we did it: player movement is now much smoother and responsive. We are exited to announce our partecipation in the Steam Scream Festival, and we are working on adding a brand-new feature to the gameplay. Stay tuned, the Daedalus team.

• Private alpha is ready - 5 July 2023

  Hello, here's an important update on the game's progress. We have replaced some puzzles that didn't seem intriguing enough with mini-games that make the gameplay much more interesting in our opinion: we truly believe that we have taken the right path when it comes to puzzle design, and we will certainly continue in this direction. In the meantime, we have performed numerous tests on the game's multiplayer system (which currently only supports up to two players but will expand to four in the future), which also gave us the chance to work on game balancing, especially considering the various difficulty levels we already planned to introduce later, and to fix some bugs. Given the progress we have made so far, we feel it is time to release a private alpha build for influencers, press and anyone who would like to participate in the beta testing program (for more information and Steam keys, p…

• Testing multiplayer. - 8 June 2023

  Just a little update. We are conducting depth tests on the 2-player online multiplayer mode, and we are very close to uploading a stable alpha version on Steam. The alpha will not be publicly available yet, meaning there won't be early access. It will only be accessible to press, streamers, and beta testers: join us on discord to learn more. A shared gaming experience is always more fun, say cheese :) We don't have a definitive roadmap yet, but we would like to share some ideas to let you know what you can expect in the game: You will find many random puzzles designed as mini-games to make them more interactive and enjoyable. Players will have the ability to revive fallen teammates using specific potions that can be obtained during the game.
