  We have some sad news to share: development on Clock Ticker has officially been canceled.Over the past 2½ years, we’ve explored dozens of different directions for what a full version of the game could be. Unfortunately, none of them came together in a way that met our vision. Along the way, we faced a number of challenges, and now we’ve reached the difficult decision to close the studio and move on to new paths.To everyone who supported us, played the demo, or looked forward to the game — thank you. • Demo Update 2.7 - Linux! - 14 March 2025

  There's now a Linux build available! The save folder now uses a local appdata folder instead of "Saved Games" folder in order to work with different platforms.

  - You can now call down the Prestige Panel even if you haven't unlocked it, so you can see what choices you've made before and what's still available - Added a Wishlist button in Main Menu - Added a link to our other game, "House of Mimics", to Main Menu - Minor change to the ending (no more drop-down End Panel) - Improved text in certain Tooltips - Hour Level Highlighter is now in the correct position

• Demo Update 2.5 - 24 February 2025

  Gameplay Improvements: - "Crit Chance" tooltips now mention "Crit Multiplier" and vice versa - "Hour Speed x3" unlock now affects the hour that's currently being collected - "Secs/Mins Gained" and "Hours Gained" now say "+1" Balance Improvements: - You can now unlock "Crit Multiplier" only after unlocking "Crit Chance" - "Crit Chance" starts at 0% (previously 6%) - You can now unlock "Hours Gained" only after you have every other upgrade Bug Fixes: - Auto Minute SFX is no longer effected by clicks - Dials no longer change each others' text - No more upgrade handle zoomies - Toggling Full Screen in the Menu saves current configuration - No more forced Full Screen after Prestige - All data now saves and loads correctly when quitting the game and coming back to it

  Major Demo Overhaul We received critical feedback for the initial version of the demo, so we took that into account and overhauled it almost entirely. The demo is now much more fun/satisfactory to play, has better balance, and progress-slowing elements have been removed. Patch Notes: - Game is now more fun and satisfactory to play - Better balance - No more randomized second/minute collection - No negative unlocks - No biomass to block your progress - Play 4 loops instead of 3 - Everything can be automated (including hour collection) - Hour collection can be upgraded - Critical "hits" - Tooltips - Fixed lots of little bugs
