  Hello all who have followed this game or are recently discovering it! We would like to apologize for the lack of updates or even the release of this game when it was planned. We would like to assure anyone who is looking forward to playing as an orca in space with guns, this game is not dead. We have been working on this game diligently lately, changes have been made to this game and some things were rebuilt from the ground up. We hope to deliver a fun, unique, action-packed rogue-lite to Steam later this year. Check back soon for more!

  Hello and thank you all for hanging with us through our journey! We are pleased to announce the OST is now Live! Any purchases of the OST help us out substantially with the continuing development of Tatonka the Space Whale. We hope you end up with these amazing songs stuck in your head, like they are in ours! And of course, Tatonka is looking forward to seeing you all in the upcoming Demo!

• Open PlayTest closing soon! - 18 August 2023

  Hello all and Thank You for playing the PlayTest. We will be closing down the PlayTest soon as we prepare a Demo. The PlayTest will close down about a week from now and a Demo will be available in early October. We hope to bring you significantly more content for the Demo with a bigger chunk of the Story, more Survival levels, and hopefully more enemies, weapons and characters! Stay tuned for more announcements, and we will be releasing the exhilarating OST on Steam within the next week, if you enjoyed the music in the game, Please consider supporting us by purchasing the OST, it will help us out immensely, and there's probably a track or two you didn't get to hear in the game!   Come try out Tatonka the Space Whale while the Open Playtest lasts! Get a taste for the story and learn how to play in the short Tutorial and then take what you learn into the large Survival level destroying squid, space ships, planets and more with a small variety of weapons and equipment.
