  Patch#1 02.07.24 notes: Hey! Welcome to the first patch for CosmoPirates! We've introduced a new feature many of you asked for, and there are 3 new decks (so 4 in total) to choose from when starting the game. To make things a bit more challenging you would need to unlock those new decks by defeating bosses on the first map. (which shouldn't be a problem for such a daring space captain like you, right?) We've also made several bugfixes: - fixed JP2's enemy deck. - fixed a bug when winning the fight with the dead captain, the game froze on the reward screen. - fixed a bug when opening item inventory while choosing cards for discard was crashing the game. - cards in the deck viewer are now shown without current modifications from active perks while in space fight. - fixed a bug when it was impossible to exit the ship shop with an empty (bought) slot after revisiting.   The game's release has been set to the 20th of June! You start the game as a hero, but you end as a villain, facing your previous character as the Pirate Overlord in subsequent playthroughs. Does it offer amazing 3D graphics and voiceovers? No, not really. Is it thoroughly tested and there are no bugs or any other issues then? Also no. Is it a super fun and engaging deckbuilder? We sure as hell hope so! If you like deckbuilders, don't mind some rough edges, and would like to experience a game made out of passion and have a laugh or two - CosmoPirates is the game for you! To celebrate this occasion, we have prepared a new trial version of CosmoPirates for everyone to enjoy. Here are the updates we've made: Sound Effects Update: Implemented new sound effects for nanobots, physical attacks, and power loss. Tutorial Improvements: Added tutorial animations for better guidance. New Animations: Introduced a new animation for nuke launches.
