• Wilderness Edge Demo – Update Announcement - 25 July 2025

  We’ve rolled out a small but important update to the Wilderness Edge demo!This patch includes the addition of a new smaller island, created to better fit the solo nature of the demo experience. We’ve also made adjustments to the deer spawn location near the player’s starting area for better balance and flow.Most importantly, the character rendering issue has been fixed—players should now see their character fully appear upon loading in.Please remember: this demo is a work-in-progress and represents just a slice of the full game. Some minor bugs may remain. All future updates and major improvements will be included in the full release.Thank you for continuing to support Wilderness Edge!

  What’s New:New, Smaller Island – A new island has been added, designed specifically for the single-player demo. It’s more focused and optimized for performance while still offering a rich survival sandbox.Spawn Area Improvements – Adjusted deer placement and overall spawn layout for better pacing and immersion right from the start.General Fixes & Tweaks – Minor updates under the hood to smooth out gameplay.Known Issue: We’re aware of a bug where the player character may not fully render upon loading. While visuals may appear incomplete, the character is still fully playable. We're actively investigating and will push a fix soon.Thank you for testing, exploring, and surviving with us!
