- Dino Run Multiplayer Update / Open-Sourcing The Game - 12 January 2023
We're open-sourcing Dino Run DX. As some of our most dedicated players have discovered, Dino Run DX multiplayer no longer works. The wonderful folks at Xgen Studios, who basically let multiplayer live rent-free for years, had to recently sunset all of their legacy games (like Stick Arena) and the servers that run them. And as you can imagine, Dino Run used those servers. They DID send us the source code to the server itself, so maybe we can get it up and running again on our end. However, we haven't been able to compile the actual game for years now, since it's legacy flash and that no longer works on any computer that we own. Hello All, In the Beta branch, you will find version 1.61 of the game that adds 6 new face masks to the game. Practice safe doomsurfing and protect other dinos from the... apocalypse? We'll make this version live once we know it works well on Windows (we haven't compiled a new version in years). Also this Friday, May 15th, we'll be activating 3X XP for multiplayer racing. - 64-Bit Hotfix for Windows 10 Version - 22 May 2018
Hello all, Apparently a very recent update to Windows 10 broke the game! We re-compiled the app using a newer version of the engine, and it should work again. Latest version is 1.58.
