Update Announcement Hello everyone! We greatly appreciate all the support throughout our journey, and apologize for the prolonged silence and lack of updates. Rest assured, it was all for good reason. After alot of work and careful consideration, we've realized that many of the issues that you guys have mentioned in feedback and reviews were going to be hard to fix without major changes. Therefore, we made the bold decision to overhaul the game in a massive way to improve performance, graphical issues, bugs, multiplayer, and AI gameplay. You'll notice significant changes upon updating the game, we've removed some of the features we added that weren't fully fleshed out and was causing issues with performance and gameplay. Fixed icons of later game units Certain buildings weren't able to be placed on map Town center 2 and 3 were not upgrading correctly to the next building center this has been fixed Many medieval buildings and units were sized incorrectly Fog of war was totally disabled on many maps due to graphic/quality settings changes. This is now fixed and fog of war should be present on every map. Selection colliders on some late game buildings were off. Making them hard to select Workers, peasants, and plebs had buildings that should've been enabled after researching was done that still was unable to build the required buildings. This has been corrected Crashes and freezes due to map configuration has been fixed as well Steam workshop and mod support has been enabled and will begin rollout

Performance and Optimization: Tons of crashes where happening for multitude of reasons mostly doing with the way maps worked. We have addressed and fixed many of these issues. We've tackled several performance issues, including game slowdown on larger maps and with more AI. To optimize gameplay, we've reduced map sizes and implemented model caching. AI decision-making has been streamlined for better resource utilization and overall game performance. Reduced Loading Times: Expect shorter loading times thanks to map reconstruction and various optimizations. AI Improvements: The AI has undergone significant enhancements, focusing on research, unit training, and strategic map exploration. Early-game AI prioritizes defense and resource development before launching aggressive maneuvers in later stages.
