• Mundane Godot Update + Price Reduction - 1 September 2025

  Originally I didn't plan on revisiting this title, but as I started working in a new game engine (GODOT) I found myself wanting this title to feel more complete. This was the motivation behind the "Remake" project which I announced shortly after, this is still being worked on and the current scope is about 4 times the content of the original. However while working on that and rebuilding the systems in the new engine I figured I should package a more refined / better programmed version of the game in with the complete "Remake", this being referred to myself as "Mundane Remaster". I had set aside two different weeks to make this project and had personal life issues interrupt those, and had the vague hope of releasing on the anniversary. This didn't happen, but I'm hoping it'll release by the end of this year, and UNTIL IT DOES the game will be on a reduced price until I finish it!. If you…

  While working on testing the Godot version of the game, I managed to get the original version to run on the SteamDeck!!! Progress on the Godot version is going well though, Stay Tuned!!!

  My Mundane Life is Threatened by the Tropes of an RPG!!! is getting a full remake in the Godot engine in 2024! This will be released as a new game but for everyone who currently owns the Game they'll get a discount!!! All the art will be fully redone and this will include new content as well! So keep your eyes peeled for new info on the update Also if for some reason you want to play the old version it will always be available in the "rpgpapermaker" beta branch. here's some works in progress previews of some of the redone assets
