- Final Version Windows & Linux - 11 October 2024
- If everything is correct (which it rarely is) the game is available for Linux and therefore also supposedly on SteamDeck, as I don't have SteamDeck I will appreciate as always any hint on whether it works or not. - Multiplayer will not be an option, I couldn't implement it by doing it myself or hiring someone (a total disaster). Some features of this latest update are; - Chamuco's ending in Kmx mode. - Some lackluster Ex movements were retouched such as Gaspar's Impulse Attack or Zonzo among others. - Many visual effects were added and the possibility of select the color of a character by choosing it with Enter or Intro (although it is not reflected in the menu). - Various bug fixes. Thanks to everyone, it has been a hard but satisfactory experience.
- Xbox and Playstation controllers - 3 September 2024
The Xbox and Ps3 controllers are finally configured from the start of the game, I have tested on many computers and everything seems to be working fine. Even so, at the moment I do not recommend trying to change buttons because it will use the previous scheme and from what I see, it does not work for many people. As soon as I check that things are going well I will implement the feature for the next update. Also the disconnections/connections mid-game could be still a problem in this patch. This update also includes the following: - Correction of most of the bugs caused by changing companions in Kmx mode. - To change partner spend 1/4 of the Ex Bar, but now it is free if the opponent is being damaged. - Improved the sequences reading for special moves. - Buffs and nerfs to some characters, too many to list right now. - The Main menu and Pause Screen's character selection now shows the k…

I've got a surprising amount of comments about the lack of controller compatibility, however is a feature present since long time ago. And for that I've made a few tweaks, so when the game detect a controller now indicates where to configure it. I own a Xbox controller, as well as 1 PS, an Arcade Stick and a generic one, and I've tested successfully all of them, however, in other Pc's some work on bluetooth and some on usb. The game is programmed on Unity, so I'm sure there will be some incompatibilities. If someone is so kind to share the experience of configuration, including the model, i'll be thankful, since I can work on getting a more wide compatibility. Soon I'm going to upload a video config with every controller I have.
- Kombate Mexicano Elexiones completed - 21 June 2024
The last characters join the tournament. A lot has changed since the last update, here is a few: - All 33 characters. - Kmx mode available, it has its own story mode (might be still buggy since there are a lot of possible combinations). - 1 new stage background, Azteca Stadium entrance. - Balances, errors and bugs correction, and a lot more. The game is practically complete, unless there is a game breaker error, this is meant to be the second to last update. My goal now is the elusive multiplayer option, so wish me luck. See you soon

- New character, Wen Suárez - Innombrable rework. Bugs and fixes - Ñil's ladrillo cannot hit consecutively. - When two throws are attempted at the same time, there is not longer damage. - Catrina's Cenote and Fotografía super no longer interfere. - Ma. María's Naranja Ex is not invisible anymore. - Toto Nahua's normal Péndulo normal follows jump trajectory. - Fixes in difficulty spikes. - At pause screen there is now separation in between special moves for better reading.

Online feature is not going as smooth as I'd like. Meanwhile, new character, Ñil the bricklayer Notable fixes. - Fixed: When a counter happened at the same time only one character got damaged. - Fixed: A lot of hitboxes that missed in various characters. Mandilón hurtbox now extends to his wife. - Plateado's Enganche only catches a jumping enemy, but that seemed not that clear, so now it catches also grounded enemies, but the damage is considerably low. - Fixed: Lupita's chair got multiplied instances in various instances. And a lot of various tweaks and fixes that I hope enriches the game.

IMPORTANT: This Update includes Kombate Mexicano X style gameplay, now two players must be selected to play, therefore a lot of bugs are sure to be expected since it's just the beginning. There is not Story yet, however, the game can be played in all modes. To select this mode, click on the X in the Title, the background will shift to green. - Jumping programming is changed so it feels smooth. - Armored moves Bug correction. Armor is lost if thrown - Music between matches is out, it caused long loading times. - Little tweak in horizontal charged moves. - Pausing during a shake of screen not longer causes the screen to keep shaking. - The tutorial is not longer mandatory in Story Mode but rather an option instead of Practice(New players should try it). - In Button Configuration the instruction that indicates which key to press blinks. It auto-updates itself if changed. - To play as Player 1 Enter or Space keys are allowed aside of F1. - To play as Player 2 Right Enter key is allowed aside of 7. - Holgazano loses the Ultra bar if hit while Tronco. - Yasabesquién as a boss has Ultra since the beginning. - Windowed and Full Screen are available by pressing the F key. - More gameplay information in Tutorial. - A bit of optimization in loading times. - Return to Game and Configuration change places in Pause Menu. - Life bars now get empty toward the center. - Wrong hit stars don't show anymore. - If an opponent receives Ataque Derribador(the Knockdown Attack) while Ex is active and has armor property, they experience a rough reaction. - Ma. María's Oranges and Nopal do not lose "Life Time" during hit stars or during a Super/Ultra. - Yasabesquién's AI sets its difficulty to the maximum regardless of what`s been selected in Settings.
