Gameplay Squat Ops uses machine learning tech to identify players' movements through your PC's device's camera (or if running on OSX, with camera or simply by wearing your Airpods Pro / Airpods Max headphones ). By performing a bodyweight squat, players move the protagonist, Hart, along a set path to a mission objective. Holding a squat allows Hart to deploy D.R.U.M camouflage, which cleverly disguises Hart as a regular looking barrel - the key to hiding in plain sight with patrolling guards. Jumping in place triggers a dive action, letting Hart leap over obstacles or incapacitate unsuspecting enemies. This interactive mechanic creates an engaging, intuitive and immersive experience. Levels Each level in Squat Ops is a fitness puzzle, taking around 2-3 minutes to complete. Completing each level brings players closer to their overall mission while also contributing to their fitness goals. Every chapter is designed to burn about 30 - 50 calories in 5-10 minutes of play.
