- August Status Update - 28 August 2026
Work continues on Unexpected Consequences, and I am making good progress. Chapter 6 and the first six epilogue scenes are now 100% complete. I have also completed the images for the epilogue's 7th, 8th, and 9th scenes and am in the process of working on the images and animations for the 10th. That leaves 13 full scenes, plus the rest of the 10 that I need to work on posing and animating. Everything is still on schedule for the full 1.0 release by the end of this year. I am pleased with how the epilogue is turning out and excited to share the completed game with you. I'll leave you some teaser images from the epilogue.

I'm continuing to push forward towards the full 1.0 release of Unexpected Consequences. The artwork for Chapter 6 is fully complete, including all animations rendered. I only need to finish up the final coding, sound, and translations to mark Chapter 6 as 100% complete. I've been hard at work on the artwork for the epilogue and have just finished posing the final shots of the epilogue's sixth overall, and third lewd, scene. There are still a handful of images and twelve animations that need to finish rendering before the art for these scenes is fully complete, but so far, everything is progressing well.There are 16 remaining epilogue scenes that I need to create artwork for, six of which are lewd scenes. That means there's still a lot of work ahead of me to finish the game, but I'm confident that I'm still on track to release the completed Unexpected Consequences by the end of the year.…
- June Status Update - 30 June 2026
I have been making excellent progress on Chapter 6, and I now have it complete through the climax. I'm working on completing the final scenes of the Chapter's coda now and expect to have them all wrapped up by the end of July. Once I have finished Chapter 6, I will dive right into the epilogue. The epilogue will be big, allowing you to spend some final time with each of the love interests, plus wrapping up the story and providing a hint of what is to come in the planned sequel. I know last month I estimated three months for the epilogue, but I should have said four, as that is much more likely to be accurate. That still allows for a December release of the final major update to the game, though.I leave you with a little render of Jamie showing off her sexy legs.

I am making good progress on Chapter 6 of Unexpected Consequences. I am currently in the thick of the artwork for the chapter’s big climax, having completed about a third of the artwork so far. I’m currently estimating it will take me around two more months to finish Chapter 6. Once Chapter 6 is done, I’ll dive right into working on the epilogue, and I’m guessing that will take another three months to finish. So far, everything looks on schedule for Unexpected Consequences to be completed and leave early access this December.I don’t have any preview images from Chapter 6 to share since I don’t want to risk spoiling anything, but here’s a little image of Violet sporting an updated look I was playing with.
- Chapter 5 Is Now Available - 7 May 2026
Chapter 5 of Unexpected Consequences is now available. The game now has over 195,000 words, almost 14,000 4K images, and 278 4K 60FPS animations, many with multiple angles to choose from.Chapter 5 resolves the cliffhanger ending from Chapter 4 and moves the story forward, putting all the pieces in place for the exciting final chapter. This update also adds in an optional hint system. Enable hints in preferences, and a new icon will appear beside any options with a hint, allowing you to learn more about it and how it may affect the story and your relationships.The next major update will complete the story, adding Chapter 6 and the epilogue. Development on Chapter 6 is already well underway, and my goal is to release the final major update and bring Unexpected Consequences out of Early Access by the end of the year.

Chapter 5 is complete, and its Steam release is scheduled for May 7th. Chapter 5 is the shortest of the game's chapters, but in addition to the new chapter, this update will also include a large number of corrections and bug fixes in the previous chapters and an optional in-game hint system. The hint system will be familiar to you if you've played Taboo University or the Fetish Locator series, as Vinovella's system heavily inspired mine. Hints are disabled by default, but once enabled in preferences, whenever you are presented with a choice, each option will have a little info button to the left of it. Hover over it, and a hint will appear at the top of the screen.Also, for anyone who would like to try the game before purchasing it, I am going to be launching a demo alongside the release of Chapter 5. Chapter 5 is nearing completion. There is only one remaining scene in need of images, and I am working on those now and expect to finish them up by the end of next week. I still need to create a few more gallery images and an updated end sequence, but those images should only take a couple of extra days to finish. Animation renders are also coming along nicely and should be complete within a couple of weeks.Proofreading and editing are also going well, and I expect to complete that within the next several days. I'm proud of how this update is coming together, and I believe you will enjoy it once it is released. In addition, I have been doing some heavy proofreading over the past few days and have corrected numerous spelling and grammar errors as well as other typos. This chapter is really going to move the story forward, setting everything up for the very exciting final chapter. Work on chapter 5 of Unexpected Consequences is underway and I have already completed the artwork for the first scene of the chapter. I'm still working on the remaining scenes of the first day of chapter 5, but I expect to complete the artwork for the entire first day by the end of the month. I'm very excited to share chapter 5 with all of you and I am working hard to have the complete chapter released on Steam on schedule by the end of April.
- Chapter 4 Is Now Available - 16 December 2025
Chapter 4 of Unexpected Consequences is now available. This update adds 46 new animations and over 3200 images. In chapter 4, you'll be able to complete your harem, entering relationships with all nine of the game's gorgeous love interests. You'll have the opportunity to have some sexy encounters with all of them, and a few may even include some guests. You'll also learn some more about the Syndicate and their actions as everything leads up to a very important fifth chapter. I am continuing to make good progress on Chapter 4 of Unexpected Consequences. When the chapter is complete, it will contain 17 days total and the first 12 days are 100% complete. For the chapter's thirteenth day, there is a time jump to May 8th, 2033, which is day 269 counting from the first day of Chapter 1. I have everything posed and animated for this day, all images have been rendered, and animations are currently rendering and should be complete by the end of the month. I have the animations for the next day ready to render and I will finish posing the last images for the day today. At this point, I have the first 12 days of Chapter 4 completed. This brings Chapter 4 to over 2100 images, 25 animations, and over 26,000 words. I am pleased with my progress and the chapter is now more than half way complete. I am currently working on day 108, which is the largest day so far of Chapter 4. Currently I have over 300 images posed and rendered, 21 images in the queue, one animation fully rendered, one animation currently rendering its third angle, and two animations waiting to be rendered. At this point I am estimating it to take another week to complete posing work on day 108. There's still a long way to go to complete the chapter, but I am still anticipating releasing Chapter 4 by the end of this year.Here are some more images from the chapter to give you a hint and some of the coming content.
