  Added high quality lights on/off setting to options. Setting to off will improve performance on low spec hardware. Initial setting for lights on/off will be decided by quick, single time benchmark on game start. New Game option in the start menu. Now it's possible to reset game state without removing save file. Support for loading saves from demo version.
