We'd like to start a series about all the features of The Sacrifice to familiarize you with the gameplay. Let's begin with a unique, yet fundamental mechanic: THE MIRROR MOVEMENT In The Sacrifice, you take on the role of Sarah in the eerie, atmospheric setting of 17th century Salem. Your task is to guide William to the bonfire while keeping everyone alive. The twist? Every move you make as Sarah, William will make the opposite movement. Imagine it like moving in a mirror! How does it work? Vertical and Horizontal Movement: Sarah can move up, down, left, and right on the tiles. Every step Sarah takes, William takes the exact opposite step. If Sarah moves up, William moves down. If Sarah moves left, William moves right.
