Promise Mascot Agency was already wonderfully weird when it released back in April, so when I saw that its latest update adds Tony Hawk-style grinding tricks into its bizarro Japanophile delivery sim, my instant reaction was, "Oh yes, of course ." If anything, I'm surprised the game launched without the ability to propel your van along a steel road barrier in a glorious shower of sparks. Promise Mascot Agency , Kaizen Game Works' thing about running a business that revolves around costumed weirdos, fairly intense menu shuffling and a lot of driving around, has gotten a free update that adds in a host of new features. The ability to grind along rails like Michi's truck's a skateboard, for instance. Sure, you can already unlock the ability to fly said truck around the spooky Japanese countryside, but come on, if there's something every management game needs, it's tricks from the X Games. Fix occasional crash when winning multiple items in the Crane Game. Fix rare issue were some vehicle based achievements were not being awarded correctly. Players who have been affected should be able to load the game and drive / boost / glide for a few moments to unlock the achievements. Fix rare issue which caused the auto-save system to become blocked. Fix the "Hey Boss" popping from not fully dismissing in some rare cases. Fix the election rally crowd SFX from leaking into the rest of the game once the rally has completed. Fix for the collection progress tracker incorrectly limiting the display to 99%. Added map markers to help 100% collecting litter, billboards and katashiro. Markers appear when reaching 97%, 97% and 96% respectively. Fix typos in credits and some localisations.
