- Reapers 2003.3 - 29 November 2023
Hello players, Thank you for the constant support, much appreciated! Looking into game data and comments from players, I've decided to add a phase during combat where you can play Actions and activate Abilities after declaring attackers/blockers, but just before damage. This allows you to have some combat trick at the ready. Also, this release is in preparation to releasing the new card set. The release date will be set around Christmas if all goes well. Take this time to hoard all the current cards! Once the new set is out, the current set supply will be locked and never printed again, and the marketplace will open for those items. - Reapers 2002.9 : No More Login Wall - 14 November 2023
Great news! The account creation is now easier than ever! I've been trying to remove the login wall since the initial release, and I finally got around to do it. Many of you are using the "Play as Guest" feature, so why not embrace it entirely? You can now go straight into the game without bothering with account stuff. And when you are ready, I modified the account upgrade process so it is simpler. My goal is to be able to offer players with a simple account upgrade using an email. This opens the possibility to pick a username, allow multi-device logon, and all this without the need for a password. The new login procedure with email will send you a validation code, which keeps you logged in on your device until you log out. I also took this opportunity to better explain how creating a backup of your collection key-pair is important. Hope you like it! Cheers! Marc
- Announcing Reapers Sunday Tournament - 9 November 2023
Mark your calendars! This Sunday, all day, we will be hosting our first Reapers in-game tournament event! Come over and rank up to win some rare prizes and tokens. All you have to do is to play Standard games to increase your ranking. If you end up in the top 3, I will personally send out your rewards! Several rare Alpha Packs to be given away, and even Tokens to buy the missing items you require to boost your decks. See you on the battlefield!
- Reapers 2002.6 : New Bot and more help hints - 4 November 2023
Hello all, I'm happy to finally release a new version of the Sparky bot, which should now be more of a challenge! It is not yet AI driven, but the code is taking shape to allow for it. I also had the time to add hundreds of hints when you have take in-game decisions. This will remove doubts on what you are about to do and should greatly help newcomers as well as advanced players. Give Sparky a shot! :-)

I'm very glad to see the numbers of games played going up! Thank you everyone! Now that we are gaining more traction, here is a game update, along with minor bug fixes.
- Reapers 2002.3 : More sound FX - 26 October 2023
Going forward with basic Sound FX. I'll obviously have to go back to do everything right, but it is a start. Also improved the game slightly, less latency, several card bug fixes.
- Modifications to shared cards and decks - 23 October 2023
Reapers 2002.2: I decided to modify the shared cards and shared decks for a more interesting gameplay experience. Before this update, the pre-build decks were already quite powerful and could only be slightly modified since all the cards were already fully shared and available. Shared decks now have more variety and should be more fun to play. With this update, I now share only one single copy of each rarity card, except special cards. Now, when you get rewards, it is way more fun to receive various cards that you wanted, and it is easier to improve the basic decks to your liking. Unfortunately though, because of this, most custom decks are not invalid since you might be missing some cards! I recommend you give it a shot, win some rewards and then take a tangent from the prebuild decks towards your own preferred game style. Hope you like it! Cheers,

A whole new reward system, allowing you to choose your common and uncommon cards from a selection, and then burn the rest for XP. A bit more tutorials and documentation to help the new players. Simple damage explanation in the Quick Rule page. I also added a lot of back-end modifications, with faster syncing times for your pleasure. Looking forward to see you play! This version has some minor bug fixes reported by users. This version also has some clarifications on Tokens. Mainly, that the infrastructure is there and working, but that I feel that the game does not have enough traction to start asking for money. At some point, when I feel more confident, I will unlock the tokens so you can access the marketplace to get previous season items. For the upcoming builds, I will be starting to add simple SFX.
- Reapers 2001.5 : More tutorials, allow to convert Guests to regular Accounts - 10 October 2023
On top of fixing some in-game weird combo behaviors, this update has more tutorials to help the new comers to get around the interface. I now also allow to convert a Guest account to a regular account using a simple form with your email. This email will be used only to keep you updated about Reapers events. Don't forget to keep backup your private key before you do so! If you loose your key, you loose your collection!
