  Echoes Of Madness has been characterized by having a mix of different mechanics with very different natures. We are very satisfied with the result and its reception but for the less experienced players in this genre it can be a bit confusing in the first nights. Therefore, we have added more accessibility to the tutorial and explanations of the mechanics that you will find in your passage through the psychiatric ward. The subtitles of the dubbing have been improved to make them clearer to read.

Based on requests from the community, we have added more video options (borderless full screen) and sensitivity settings.
