• Small Update (Typos) - 15 November 2024

  Hi all, Just a quick update to fix some typos pointed out by Sootopolis. Thanks! Also, if you're having trouble getting the High Price ending and keep getting Echo instead: That's because the goblets are somewhat random. You'll know you're getting the Echo ending if the player feels cold from drinking from the goblet. Scroll back and pick a different goblet. The player should feel warm.. I'll add this to the guide later.

• Fix for Steam Achievements - 3 October 2024

  This update should fix Steam achievements not working (in-game achievements still worked). The previous version (1.15) is still available if you encounter any issues. Go to Properties>Betas and select 1.15 in the dropdown menu. Happy Halloween/spooky games season, btw.

• Updated Engine Version - 15 June 2024

  Hello, Updates Goblet of Mercy to the latest version of the Ren'Py engine version, 8.02 to the latest, 8.2.1. If you experience trouble with this version, the previous version, 1.14a, is still available. To access, select Properties...>Betas>1.14a from the dropdown menu. It seems like version 8.0.2 of the engine may have had some issues with Steam Deck compatibility, so I'm updating in the hope that that will fix it. Is anyone else playing Goblet of Mercy on Steam Deck? I did aim to make text and UI more Steam Deck friendly but haven't been able to test it myself. Thanks, S. A.
