Fixed a bug where it stops the player from moving after certain forced movement in game.
- Demo updated - 28 November 2024
The demo beforehand wasn't updated for some time, as they were maintained separately. A massive demo update has happened to make it on par with the quality of life features and more of the main paid release. It still has the 1-2 hour long length to complete, but it has most features from the main game that were added post launch.
- No Man's Land remade - 5 November 2024
For a long time, I have been trying to find solutions on how to improve No Man's Land, as it is the game's biggest flaw due to how driven people get to try to explore it even when warned against doing so. There was also the minimap that didn't want to function correctly in it no matter what. Ultimately the solution was to remake the map but smaller. Overall it's 6.5x smaller. (100x100 vs the original 255x255). It's the same size as each of the hub areas for the nations. This will make it much easier to navigate, with the minimap working fully and it's harder to get fully lost without any hope for finding anything. The original side quests and everything has been carried over and functions like intended. If you are in a current save in the original No Man's Land, your save won't be corrupted, leaving the area and going back will bring you to the new version. It won't impact any side ques…
- New starting item and some fixes - 7 October 2024
The biggest thing in this update is the new starting item. The Eye of Wonder. This item allows teleportation with any class, but at the cost of all of your money. You can choose to use it to skip the tutorial if you wish, but doing so before choosing a nation will actively lock you out of certain nation exclusive content. But why add this? Mostly since No Man's Land is a big hindrance to people's enjoyment with how it is, so a way for fast travel that is rare for it to work for the lore but allows more freedom for players. There is a class with fast travel already, but most players might not want to pick that for the ability to fast travel, since that is only 1 out of 15 classes. So for now, adding this item is the best solution. The Fowler class is still unique on it's own with it's stats, default of one shield before stun, and it's flying attacks.
- Wishlist Throne Requiem today! - 20 August 2024
https://store.steampowered.com/app/3174830/Throne_Requiem/ Note: This is made in a new engine compared to Umbra Fields with many systems from it redone and expanded with more depth, but with a focus on one main area and dungeons connected to it. Embark on a dark, brutal quest in this first-person, party-based dungeon crawler. Choose from 42 classes to form your 6-member team and conquer the Dark Tower. Every decision matters in this medieval world where insanity and death are commonplace. Will you survive? Before everything was normal. Then the sun began blackened, the skies full of blood, and the light became the most traded resource. The beasts entered the world, kingdoms fell and new villages prospered. Humanity banded together to the Gate of the Abyss, sending parties to explore and to kill whatever Dark God created the Abyss. Those who enter will gain broken bones, infections, and…
- Bug fixes and small updates - 6 May 2024
Some bugs were fixed/some stuff was optimized Added a sound effect when exploring all of a map. Changed how the minimap spell works to showcase all explored parts of explored maps in a menu when cast. Minimap has fog of war and will always be active without a cost. Minimap runs a little better now, don't expect much help in No Man's Land outside the fog of war.
- Minimap update and saved maps - 24 April 2024
Minimap has been updated to be better, still some errors in some areas, but it runs a bit better everywhere else now. The game now comes with MapImages.zip which has every map in the game. If you need to look at a map with the minimap not being helpful to you, please go to the game directory and open MapImages.zip and look at the map that way. Due to many reasons the Minimap cannot be updated any further without bringing errors in other parts of the game. This is why MapImages.zip has been added to the game files for the two areas in the game (No Man's Land and Gaea Forest) where it will be the most helpful.

- Optimizations and bug fixes - 8 April 2024
A lot more optimizations for the Pig Nation. Should load at least half the amount of stuff in the background now until interacted with. Did some stuff to make sure a certain rendering bug won't happen as much. If it does happen, saving and closing and reopening the game will reset it if it does happen. Added more checks to make sure certain parts of code will run for certain areas.
- Optimizations and bug fixes - 6 April 2024
Changed even more of the Pig Nation to make it run better. Massive change in FPS for most machines. Some changes to the Minimap, while small can see some tiny boosts in performance in places where it's needed. Currently it's pretty optimized with making it run with less resources, and unless a new implementation is added not much can be changed with it at this point.
