This game is highly based on the combat itself, the mechanics, mixing up some shmup and some versus game vibes feels unique to me. So How Does It Play Actually? You can attack the enemy at ANY TIME, no need to wait for a pattern ending or stuff like that, but if you don't play carefully, obviously you're going to get slashed, so it's up to you to put your own combat strategy, since there are always many ways to beat your opponent. - bullets can be blocked with shield, that you activate by holding opposite arrow (down, left or right) just like a versus game in topdown view, it is actually very intuitive here.
