• About not starting after updating to the latest GeForce driver. - 1 August 2024

  Regarding the issue where the game does not start after updating to the latest NVIDIA GeForce driver Dear Customer Thank you for your support. This is Cosmo Machia Support. We have received reports that after updating to the latest GeforceGameReady driver (560.70) and NVIDEA Studio driver (560.70), game software will no longer start. Our development team is currently investigating the issue, so please wait for a while until we can resolve the problem. Even if you downgrade the driver, it will no longer start once it is installed. It seems that the problem can only be resolved by restoring the environment that was working with a Windows backup. (This is not recommended as it involves risks.) It does not seem to be a problem in environments other than the GeForce series, but the current workaround is to hold off on the driver update.
