Reflectron has been rebuilt from scratch The game has been fully reprogrammed in Godot 4. This is not a content update: it is the same game, rebuilt from the ground up, and far more polished. It is free. If you already own the game, you already have it. Everything has been redone The rendering, the effects, the interface, the menus, the audio, the challenges, the progression: everything you knew is still here, but rebuilt. Most of the work went into how the game feels. It responds better and stays readable when the screen fills up. Every action now gets a visual response scaled to how much it matters, instead of everything shouting at once. Shapes are drawn by code, so the game stays sharp at any resolution, and the background grid reacts to what happens on it. Save System To enhance the gaming experience, Reflectron now uses the Steam cloud to save your data, except for the leaderboards. Unfortunately, your previous data will be lost, except for your best score. Here is a list of the benefits offered by this new save system: Almost complete offline mode support (except for leaderboards), including the ability to purchase cosmetics without an Internet connection. Faster and more stable game loading. Saves directly linked to your Steam account. Fewer Internet requests, improving the gaming experience.

Gameplay Slow-motion power-ups: The slow-motion effect now also slows down the appearance of enemies, projectiles and splitter-generated enemies. Power-ups: The first power-up obtained in a game is now randomly selected, while the order of subsequent power-ups remains unchanged. Upgrades: Upgrades are now unlocked according to the number of enemies killed, rather than over time. Visual Loading particles: Removed particles around the power-up when it transforms into a super power-up.
