Strap in...In August 2024, Red Thorn Interactive's home country fell into a state of political turmoil that ultimately led to the fall of the government. Unfortunately, we were a shoe-in for a government grant that would have been just enough to keep us going to the release of Museum Keeper. When the government fell, so did our lifeline. Afterwards, with heavy hearts, we decided to put the project and the company on hiatus. BUT, we are back now!The team is more experienced, more motivated, ready to get a demo up and running by the end of the year! Give us a wishlist and join our new discord channel! And stay tuned! • Dev Blog 2: The Game Loop! - 23 May 2024

  Thank you guys for your patience. We've had our ups and downs over the past couple of months, but nothing has stopped us from being hard at work on Museum Keeper! So, today's dev blog is going to give a overview of the game design. The screenshots and the teaser posts on reddit and X have already made clear that the game has two fundamentally different aspects to it: The Museum Gameplay: The titular museum may get a slight edge over the underground mines in terms of how much time the player spends there. Sort of like 60% to 40%. The reason for this is simply because the museum gameplay acts as the main hub of the game. It is from this part of the game that the player has access to the local town and its townsfolk.   Hello there! Welcome to the very first Development Blog for Museum Keeper - Red Thorn Interactive’s second title! My name is Arindam and I’m the lead designer behind the project.
