• Attempting To Implement Steam Achievements - 1 January 2026

  I am currently attempting to implement steam achievements, hopefully within a few days the achievements will be working properly. Otherwise, I may have to cancel the attempt.

• New Game World Travel Update - 14 December 2025

  After receiving player feedback, it is now significantly smoother to travel through the forests in the game as well as some other areas by following clear paths. This change was made because some players felt overwhelmed with random encounters. This new change will make it easier for the player to travel back to previous cities and villages, before they unlock the air travel pass. This new change will also make it possible to set new records for Speed Runs.

  There is now an official theme song for the game D.A.M. ChampionThe song is available on YouTube and Spotify I would like to thank everyone who has shown support for this little indie game since it has been released.

• An Outdated Link Was Removed - 26 July 2025

  An outdated link was removed.

• Flaw with Map Item discovered and is now resolved. - 16 July 2025

  A flaw with the game map item was discovered and resolved. If a player lost a battle in certain areas, the game map item would not register the change in locations. This problem has now been resolved and the game map item should work correctly. For players that have already experienced this problem in their current save file, the solution is to return to the incorrect location that the map item is showing and then exit that area. If a player has lost a battle in more than one affected area, this may have to be done for each area that was vulnerable to this problem.

• Weather Problem Resolved - 12 June 2025

  It was discovered that if the player loses a battle with an NPC at Splash Path or The Snowy Path the weather effect would not stop until the player returned to and then exited that same area. This problem has been corrected.

• Pre Creature Collector Fest Update - 9 May 2025

  The number of data pieces needed to create a file for Chewdent and Gooroach has been reduced to 3 instead of 5. The value of baked cookies sold at the market has been reduced. Baked cookies were intended as a source of healing help for the player in the earlier part of the game. It was not meant to be used to grind for money. The price of water, carrot seeds, potato seeds, and bell pepper seeds has all been reduced.

• Fisherman NPC update - 16 April 2025

  The fisherman NPC will now tell the player to look for bubbles in the water and to have fish bait ready if they want to use the fishing feature in the game. I realized that some players may not have noticed the bubbles in the water during gameplay

• Goldama's Signature Move "Royal Flush" has been corrected - 24 February 2025

  I corrected the chance of stun with Goldama's signature move "Royal Flush". It was higher than 20%. It is now at 20%.

• End Game Credit Update - 9 February 2025

  I added one line to the code script's end-game credits.

• Full Screen Notification Update - 2 February 2025

  The most common question has been concerning full-screen mode. This is why I've added a tip at the beginning of a New Game that helps players understand how to go into full-screen mode.

• Removed Recent Change To Inventory Menu - 29 January 2025

  I removed the recent change to the inventory menu system because it was incompatible with the rest of the game's code and was causing it to crash. The other recent updates will remain.

• Corrected a mistake in previous update - 28 January 2025

  An item category was corrected.

• Inventory Menu and Task System Update - 28 January 2025

  This new update replaces the original inventory system. It provides separate brackets for consumable items and monster data. New key item task instructions have been added to the game to help players navigate the game world in the recommended order. Players who choose to ignore the recommended path can utilize a new key item that can manually remove location tasks if necessary. Many buff and debuff moves now have a reduced MP cost.

• New Villain Interaction Update - 26 January 2025

  I have updated what happens when the villain choices are selected during the conversations with ?????, Dianna, and Benjamin.
