  Hello everyone. The next update is being delayed a bit as I've made better progress than I had anticipated and added some extra new features and updates. When you're on a roll sometimes its hard to stop ːsteamhappyː. No exact ETA but probably within the next 7-10 days if I had to guess. Happy Gaming!

  Hello everyone. I have an update to the previous update. The surprise I mentioned was the ability to remove and add interior walls and doors. As I was working on it, I realized that this is not how it should be done. It didn’t sit right with me, so I’ve decided the next major update will be the construction update. Being able to build a house from the ground up. I think that is much more exciting than the customization update (while still important, it’s not as sexy as being able to build a house!). The next normal update will be coming sooner than expected. It should be on or before 9/14 as most of the updates I needed to do are done. I will be adding some new items and a tutorial page in the pause menu as that is needed.I don’t have an ETA for the construction update as of yet but will likely be 3-4 months. • Renovation Simulator News Update - 24 August 2026

  Hello everyone. It’s been several weeks, so I needed to do an update for what is happening with the game. The house that I was working on, I’ve decided to put in on the back burner. I need to rethink my strategy for it. We have some nice updates we are working on. First is how flooring is done now. You will notice that the floors for the small, medium and large houses are concrete and the walls are drywall. The floors now have to be laid down and sized to fit a room. The walls will now need to be painted, and you will also be able to add backsplashes to kitchens as well as having multiple colors or materials (wallpaper, tile, etc.) for a wall. For example, splitting a wall into horizontal or vertical sections.   Hello renovators. The next updates ETA is 7/24, so about two weeks. We're adding some new houses and new items. One of the houses is more troublesome than anticipated. Nothing that can't be done.   We're working on finishing up a new update that will add snapping items together along with many other updates and fixes. The ETA is Monday or Tuesday (June 1-2).   - Fixed an issue with the radio where default stations may not be created. - Added new childrens outdoor/padio furniture. - Add new Gameing category under Decorations with new items. - Added new beds/sofas. - Added some other various items. - Updated A-Frame houses. The floors, stairs and wooden doors can now have their textures changed. - Other various fixes and updates. - Some minor fixes to the A-Frame map. - Known Issues: 1) When looking out of the window of an A-Frame house, things can look a little off. • Renovation Simulator Version 0.4.7.5 Patch Notes - 29 April 2026

  - Added new A-Frame map with 3 houses from small to large. Currently the walls are not paintable and floors are not changeable. I will update the floors so they can be changed if desired. I'm not sure what to do with the walls yet.- Fixed issue causing game to crash on startup.- Various other fixes.We'll be adding some new assets to the game next. The ETA for those is by Monday or Tuesday (May 4th or 5th). There are some optimizations that the A-Frame map needs that were noticed that only affect the packaged game and were not noticable in editor. These will be addressed along with adding the new assets. We're working on some new maps to add, though no ETA for those currently. The next major update is the customization system!   - Moved Veneers to 'Materials->Veneer'- Moved Patio Lighting to 'Lighting->Outdoor'- The UI has been completely redone. It is in it's final form, minus some possible visual tweaks. It now works very well with a game controller, though a few screens will still need a mouse/keyboard. There are still a few settings (like fov) that need to be added that will make it in by the next update. The product category icons are placeholders currently and will be replaced.- Fixed an issue where changing radio stations too quickly will lock up the game forcing an 'end task' in Task Manager.- Various tweaks and fixes.- Removed the Photo Mode as we think it was unnecessary.
