Short description
LUDUS VETITUS is a strategic point-and-click style horror game where you hide from a demon hunting you down while you search for candles. The candles are what you used to summon the demon and now it is used to banish it. Hide in closets and under beds to evade the demon, but don't let it see you!
About this game
It's 2:59 AM, and you can't get any sleep. You rise for a glass of water and you receive a text from a mysterious individual. The text sends you a link to an unfamiliar website. The website gives you a guide on how to play a game and you decide to set up and play since you're wide awake. After the chants have been made and the candles have been lit, the fun begins... Win the game, or find yourself in a dark hell scape forever. There is more to LUDUS VETITUS than you think. Is it a simple game of hide and seek? Or are there secrets hidden in the deepest pits in the darkness? Only one way to find out. The candles are hidden, so you have to find all 5 of them. Finding the candles aren't easy; unlock doors and search every cabinet. Winning isn't straightforward, the demon roams and is constantly looking for you. If you are found, run and hide in a nearby hiding place. There are four demons; a random demon is chosen to play the hunter. Some have special abilities that give it an advantage.
