- Version v1.1.0 Out - 14 July 2024
Good news! I've just released version 1.1.0, which adds the following: A new monster on every layer, as well as new items Master mode, an even harder difficulty Boss monster drops (Only on Master mode) Music volume adjustments I've taken care to make sure every new monster fills in gaps that were missing earlier. Hopefully even more diverse builds will be possible for your runs. Lastly, I just want to say thank you to everyone who has played Dungeon-Dungeon. A few days ago Dungeon-Dungeon officially became profitable, which means I'll be able to continue making even more games. I appreciate all the support and feedback I have gotten. I hope you enjoy the update!
- v1.0.2 - Well Feedback and Bugfixes - 26 June 2024
Hello again! Just a small update today. Someone reached out to me about a well blocking their path. This made me realize that it might not be obvious that you can move diagonally to get past a well that does that. I've added a bit of text to the well description so future players can know. I'm also working on changing their spawning slightly so that they don't block paths as often. I've also fixed a few bugs regarding item spawning. Still working on more content!
- v1.0.1 - Difficulty Achievements and Minor Improvements - 25 June 2024
Hello everyone! I've added some new achievements for beating the game at different difficulties. This will let me add some cool new features later on. (More to come soon!) I've also fixed a bug that caused some items to not be discovered when used. Additionally, I made it so you can use items on the ground by double-clicking on them. The Dungeon-Dungeon Awaits has just released on steam! I just want to take a moment to thank everyone who has supported the game during development. The feedback you've given and the ideas you've shared are what has made the game possible. I hope that you feel heard in your feedback and you can see the benefits it has brought. For anyone just getting into the game, I encourage you to use the bug and feedback forms inside the game. I read through every bit submitted, and I do my best to take it into consideration and work on important issues. - Prerelease Update - 12 June 2024
Dungeon-Dungeon is in the last stages before release. I'm mostly working on quality of life improvements as well as music and bugfixes. I've made some changes to make the process of learning the game a bit easier. I've pushed a few updates to the live game: Added new inspect for mobs Fixed some movement bugs Adjusted base difficulty settings Added more music! - Minor Improvements - 29 May 2024
I've just pushed a minor update that includes some quality of life changes. Traps no longer appear on the first few floors. Attacks are now logged and sent as a message. Updated discovered floor texture. Added ability to move with mouse. Changed key bindings of some actions -> Check tutorial Fixed a duplication glitch... oops!
- Demo Live! - 24 May 2024
The Demo for Dungeon-Dungeon is now live! Feel free to provide feedback through the links provided in game. This represents Dungeon-Dungeon nearing the final stages of development before release. Currently I'm working on making more music for the game, and making general polish changes. Things are looking good! I've also revamped some options for more accessibility. I'm also starting work on making mod support really easy. I'm not sure if it will be ready by release, but I'm envisioning a system that lets users create custom mobs and items using json files. If I can get this to work, it would allow for a very flexible framework. Thank you all for following Dungeon-Dungeon and expressing interest in its development. See you all soon for release.

Added lots of items in every category. Some new mob drops, fish to catch, and things to discover on the ground. Added some new achievements. Added two new characters. Added five new stats. Changed the way info is printed to screen. Added the bestest boy. Added a new weapon. Press "f" to use items on the ground. Fixed some bugs.

With any luck, Alpha v5.0 should be out in the next few days. What I'm working on: - New items (fish, floor loot, mob drops) - 5 new stats - 2 new unlockable characters (you can already see their achievements on Steam... also has hints at two of the new stats) - Quality of life changes (biggest one is pressing f to use any item, including those on the floor)
