Dear players, the time has finally come! Light and Shadow - Shadows over Empyria has now been fully translated into English and all future updates will be available in German and English at the same time. This means that every further update, no matter if bugfix or new feature, will be available directly for both languages. - English Version officially playable! - 26 March 2024
It’s finally here: The game is now also playable in its English version! To do this, simply set the language to English in the game properties on Steam. Information regarding your game progress: If your save files have disappeared due to recent updates: Navigate to the Light and Shadow folder in your SteamApps directory -> www -> and copy your ‘saves’ folder as a backup, especially since there’s no cloud storage yet. After each update, simply place this folder back into the ‘www’ directory of the game, if you are among those affected! If any of you have experienced issues with your save files, I apologize! The aforementioned steps should prevent this problem from occurring again!
