• Rejuvan Update v0.8 - Tutorial, Visual and Chat Update! - 17 September 2024

  THIS UPDATE IS FAIRLY LARGE Welcome to Rejuvan v0.8! I. Tutorial When creating a new slot, players have the option to choose whether or not to play the tutorial. The tutorial includes progression up to the Old Ore Heater, with indicators and useful hints as to what to do. Aside from that, the Module Factory has been given a new context button in the inventory - "Learn" By pressing this button, the player is instructed about the Module Factory and what it does, along with a short tutorial for it specifically. This feature can be easily implemented for any other building (if suggested) II. Visual The motion blur can now be turned off! The colors look a lot more vibrant. The weather is more representative. A theme song will play when it is sunny or cloudy, respectively. I added more post-processing effects. III. Chat By pressing T you can open the chat. Any player can type in the chat and…

  This is a small update that fixes only a few things: - The new upgrade sounds no longer sound horrible - You can now adjust the new upgrade sounds with the SFX Sound Slider - Removed the old bridge - Added a lot of new bridges on almost any island - Added a new conveyor that equally splits ores

• Rejuvan Patch v0.7.1 - Performance, Swimming and Quests - 21 August 2024

  This update brings a few things: - The character now looks like the default Unreal Engine character for performance (will add a custom character similar to the old one but more performant) - You can now swim above water, although this is a bit messy - Added a distance relevancy tick interval modification system (fancy way for making things for performant the further away they are from the player) - Added a Recover Quests button (basically just gives you the first quest back (please don't abuse it, just use it when it is absolutely needed)) - Slightly changed the coloring for text and buttons - Added an outline for items in the shop (looks a bit weird for now)

  I am in a hurry so I'll just write down what I remember adding - Augments - a way to upgrade your character. They can be obtained from the travelling merchant on the neighbouring island - Readded screen messages - Schematic is now red when the building cannot be placed - Added a bunch of items from the suggestion on my discord server - Added a bridge - Fixed some bugs (not all (I'm sorry (forgive me))) KNOWN ISSUES: in a new slot you may start with all augments already in your inventory for some reason. • Rejuvan Patch v0.5.3 - 8 July 2024

  This is a small update with some pretty big implications. I. Backpack You may now pick up ores from the ground and put them in your backpack. While in the backpack, ores can be thoroughly inspected and analyzed, seeing almost all stats related to them. The backpack can be opened from the menus. II. UI Changes After seeing too many people struggle with finding the quests menu, I moved all menus in the main menu found by pressing ESC. III. Casual bug fixes - Finally solved the shop duplication bug - Fixed the money notification showing your current amount instead of the gained amount - Shop locks no longer appear on previously unlocked items UNFIXED KNOWN ISSUES: - Client conveyors are moving in the wrong directions - Probing data doesn't save on quit Thank you for reading this

  The multiplayer update was a success, but, as expected, there were a few issues that I fixed: - The Module Factory now displays correctly after an ore is inserted - Rejuvenation is no longer bugged in any way - Sound settings have been fixed Aside from that, I remade the graphical aspects of the User Interface. Almost every border has the Rejuvan background texture and all text has the Rejuvan font and material. RUSTY HAS BEEN MOVED

• The Multiplayer Update is here! - 22 June 2024

  DISCLAIMER: SAVE FILES MADE BEFORE THIS UPDATE MAY BE CORRUPTED DUE TO FRAMEWORK REDESIGN. THIS WILL PROBABLY NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN I had to make this update because people were complaining about getting bored quickly from just making their factories. Because of that, I made a lot of changes to a few different fields: I. Multiplayer - Players can host and join non-dedicated servers using steam's multiplayer services. Joining/Hosting is currently available only in the main menu (for now) - All players share the same inventory, stats and plot - Above each player character, there now exists a nametag, indicating their Steam name - As of my knowledge, everything works as it used to be before this update, with a few small improvements to performance II.
