  While most of my work lately has focused on the full game version, I found some time to sneak a few fun pieces of content into the demo just in time for Steam's Scream 4 Fest, which will Bleaklight Falls will be participating in the week of October 27th - 31st. Here's what you can find in this little update:Shrines of RekindlingAs you explore the forest, you'll come across ancient shrines to the goddess Je. Rest at one of these shrines and play your piccolo to rekindle the shrine to receive the Blessing of Je. • Bleaklight Falls Demo on Aug 27th! - 18 August 2025

  Bleaklight Falls Demo Coming August 27th!Bleaklight Falls will finally be playable in Demo form on Wednesday August 27th, 2025. This is a huge milestone for me as this is my first game as a solo developer. I'm extremely grateful for everyone's support and enthusiasm for the game as it's been in development for the past 1.5 years.But this is only the beginning! After the Demo comes out, I will focus all efforts on fleshing out the full game. Look forward to updates later this year and throughout 2026 as development continues. You can also join the Discord Server to get updates, give me feedback, and participate in playtests.But for now, have a watch of this gameplay overview video to get ready for what to expect in the demo!
