- Theme Park Architect Save File Migration - 17 August 2026
If you have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, you may have lost your save files, here is how to recover your save files in case they were lost in the transition process. If you have re-installed your game on the same disk, you can find your save files by finding the installation folder of the new game (Right-click on the game, go to Manage -> Browse local files) Then step back one folder, you should now be located in the steamapps/common folder, in that folder you should find the Park Studio and Theme Park Architect folders, browse the Park Studio folder. Inside ParkStudio/Saved, you will find the SaveGames folder, copy or cut that folder in ThemeParkArchitect/Saved and the game should load your saves just fine! If you have installed the game on different disks at different times, then you will find the ParkStudio/Saved folder wherever your steamapps/common folder is located. Do not…

- Theme Park Architect: Same vision, new name - 15 July 2026
Park Studio is rebranding to Theme Park Architect, this new name was voted by the community and perfectly reflects the game's vision, features and overall vibe. This rebranding doesn't fundamentally change anything except the logo and general visual assets. At its core Theme Park Architect remains the next generation of theme park simulation that Park Studio promised to be, but the new name was chosen to detach from confusion with another abandoned project unrelated to this one.Do note that there will be a transitional period where both names will exist at once in different places, I am actively working on updating all assets, logos and descriptions to the new name, while in-game logos and rich presence will be updated alongside the next game update. To celebrate this new name, the roadmap was revealed, you can look at it right here or on the discord for higher resolution:Development Upda…
