  Hello restauranteurs ! =) This update is bigger and took a little longer than anticipated but it is finally here, tons of new features are in ! This update brings a brand new member to your staff members, two new dishes for your menu, a way to turn unused stock into money, and a big batch of fixes. Here is everyhting that changed. New Baristas: a new type of staff you can hire. Baristas prepare beverages for your customers and keep your beverage machines filled, so your chefs and waiters can focus on the food. Two new recipes: Moules Marinière and Shrimp Scampi are now on the menu. Unlock them, stock up on the ingredients and treat your customers to a taste of the sea. Sell at haggle markets: markets are no longer just for buying. You can now sell ingredients and appliances from your inventory at any haggle market, and haggle for a better price just like when you buy. Improvements Smart…

• 0.42 Update: New Light, Staff Notifications and Better Communication - 23 August 2026

  This update brings a new lighting element, smarter staff reporting, a clearer look at your spending, and some bug fixes. New New lighting element: light up your restaurant with a new wall floor lamp, available in White and Black. Preview in-Game Spending breakdown: you can now track exactly where your gold went: staff wages, ingredients, furniture, building and expansion, and everything else. No more guessing why the day ended in the red. Staff signals: your staff will now let you know when an appliance they need is out of reach (not in their working area) or missing entirely. Morning line-up: staff now gather in front of the restaurant at the start of the day and signal when they are ready for their first task.   Update v0.41: Save Slots, Smarter Alerts & More Hey restaurateurs! This update brings along the possibility to have multiple save slots along with smarter feedback from your restaurant, editing improvements, and a round of fixes. Here's everything that's new: New Features Multiple save slots: You can now run several playthroughs side by side! Create, rename, delete, and switch between save slots. Your existing save is picked up automatically, so nothing is lost. Improvements Edit mode: Walls are now shown automatically when you start editing (after your very first edit), and wall detection for the half-height cutaway view is more accurate. Schedule suggestions: If too many customers are turned away because the restaurant closed on them, the game now suggests reviewing your schedule so you can catch the missed rush. After years of hard work, I am happy to announce that Mattami Restaurant & Cafe Tycoon is releasing on the 29th of July.Thanks to everyone who wishlisted the game and was waiting for the full release.
