• Small patch 1.4.9 - 22 July 2025

  In this small patch: Added blob shadow projectors to all bombers to help with some of the depth perception. Corrected a few broken collisions in the UNDERGROUND secret area of the game. As always, if you do find any issues please let me know and I will get to them ASAP. Keep bombing!

• Small Patch 1.4.7 - 7 June 2025

  In this small patch: Fixed issue that prevented pause menu from showing in the SECRET levels. Fixed models and materials in the first world boss level. Adjusted some minor spelling and script issues. There! Let us know how if you find any further issues and I'll get to work on it ASAP.

• Small Emergency Patch 1.4.5 - May 2nd 2025 - 2 May 2025

  In this new emergency patch: Fixed triggers that were acting as invisible walls (Hopefully) Solved issue that would prevent player from setting down bombs. Fixed issue that allowed players to initiate other puzzles before finishing the previous one in EPILOGUE. As always, let NEON industries know if there's any further problems that you come across. Because tomorrow, was yesterday.

  In this patch: BALANCE CHANGES First boss: first phase attacks are slightly slower. First boss: first phase damage vulnerability window is wider. First boss second phase attacks have been simplified and slowed. Added a display for disappearing platforms to identify when they will fully fade. FIXES Secret boss fight LUME fix to assure death volume wasn't stuck in the arena. Let us know if you find any further issues.

  In this patch. Fixed bug that prevented access to testing facility in underground area. Fixed issue that kept players from placing bombs after some dialogues. Players can now skip the intro cutscene. More to come soon.

• NBB.EXE RE : FINAL EPILOGUE - 19 March 2025

  Due to unexpected data surges, Neon industries and Future corp. have opened previously inaccessible areas of THE SYSTEM for experienced bombers to enjoy. These sections provide extra challenging sequences and can be accessed through specific gateways, given specific circumstances. With this update: New locations and shortcuts. New secrets and revelations in the depths of the machine. 8 new end game puzzles. A new achievement. Adjusted location of a few key NPCs General fixes and improvements. Do keep in mind that there are several changes in this patch. So if users come across anomalous behavior, we ask you to please inform your nearest NEON INDUSTRIES representative.

• Mid sized Patch 1.34c - 20 December 2024

  Changes in this hefty patch: More adjustments for readability of the first boss fight. Fix for some situations when the camera would be stuck after a dialogue scene. Rebalancing of some of the starting levels to ramp the challenge more gradually. Adjustment of some of the MAP UI to show more information. Added some check points to certain problem areas. Optimized UNDERGROUND and DEVELOPMENT locations further to improve the loading stutter. I am hard at work on the final chapter of the game: Final Epilogue: A lost connection/HOST::NaN Stay bombin'

  In this small patch: Fixed some environmental collisions that allowed players to get out of bounds. Fixed some floor collisions that could lead to players falling through the world. Added new camera movements to clarify player progression. Added animation in first boss to direct players to the required goal. Thanks everyone for reporting issues and making kind suggestions. • Small patch 1.34a - 15 November 2024

  In this small patch: Fixed issue that would occasionally silence certain audio channels in the ending scenes. THIRD MAIN BOSS FIGHT: Added minor visual effects to final phase. FIRST BOSS FIGHT: Removed shockwave from some areas of the Arena (the shockwave was unavoidable under certain circumstances). Thanks again for all reports, and as always, let me know if you find any other issues. Because tomorrow was yesterday.

• 1.33b First boss arena fix. - 8 November 2024

  Due to some previous changes, the first boss arena was behaving incorrectly in the second phase. This patch addresses that problem and a few other visual glitches.

• Update 1.33a - All known bugs resolved + more QoL improvements. - 4 November 2024

  In Update 1.33a: Finally resolved all known & reported bugs (at least for now). Added a few quality-of-life improvements to some late game puzzles. Removed the requirement to "zone out" of some areas to continue certain puzzles. Optimized UNDERGROUND and DEVELOPMENT areas to improve loading times. Improved Material (shader) pre-calculation on initial launch. As always thanks to everyone who reported bugs and issues.   In this patch: Added some visual details in ISSHIN. Added some LODs to improve performance in some scenarios. Finally fixed old trigger bug that could get players stuck in a dialogue (YAY!).

  In this patch: Improved collisions, attacks and animations of the first boss. Fixed some character animations that played incorrectly due to wrong bone weights. Added some animations to make transitions smoother in the overworld. Camera control has been improved.

• Minor fix oct 29th. - 29 October 2024

  Small patch addressing 2 minor bugs: Sometimes button press to close a dialogue would prompt the player to jump, cancelling the dialogue. Some audio mixers would turn off unexpectedly in some segments of the game. Let me know if similar issues persist.

• Patch 1.32f - OCT 29 general fixes. - 29 October 2024

  in this hefty update: Fixed SPIRE bug that was causing part of the puzzle to be bypassed. Fixed camera issue in underground area. Fixed certain collision issues that could get players stuck in some geometry. Fixed camera sometimes loading with a wrong elevation. Added a save backup to prevent possible save file damage. Made so that base levels are completed after beating secret exit levels. Prevented certain progression cutscenes from playing over each other. Corrected animation issue that sometimes displays BOMBER HQ gates as open when they were closed. Thanks for all the reports!
