  1 The confirmation dialog in the starting title scene can now be confirmed directly using a controller; previously, it inexplicably required a mouse. 2 Added several missing Simplified Chinese characters to the font library.

• Community items are now available - 26 April 2026

  After being released for over a year, the game has finally become eligible for community items. I'm absolutely thrilled!The game has many shortcomings, from combat design to a lack of proper guidance. Even though it didn't become a huge success, I'm truly grateful that so many players are willing to give my game a try despite these issues. Thank you, everyone!The current community items include 3 exclusive profile backgrounds, 6 trading cards, 6 badges, and 6 exclusive emoticons. I hope you can enjoy them!Also, there's a small update today: In the Cocoon Altar UI, the tooltip for unlocked talent buttons has been restored to once again show the talent's description, whereas previously it only displayed a generic "Unlocked".

  1 Added a simple map for the forsaken base, when at the base, click on the region map to open it. 2 Some monsters' death animations have been sped up, previously they died too slowly. 3 Modified some descriptive text.

  Adjusted the trigger condition for the achievement "Lucky": The boss that triggers the achievement will now appear with a certain probability when harvesting spider cocoons in the Spider Cave. Once defeated, it will no longer appear in the future.In the Black Dream, the nightmare countdown will stop when player is in the Dark Forest.

• Final Region Added - 3 January 2026

  The game has been updated.1.The final region has been added. This is a relatively small area with little content for character development or crafting, featuring only a few final scenes and the final boss battle, which provides an explanation for the game's story plot.2.A windowed mode setting has been added. In windowed mode, the minimum game resolution is 1920x1080 (apologies, as UI issues may occur at lower resolutions).

  Fixed an issue where buildings such as the Milk Fountain would drop item stacks exceeding the stack limit when performing large-scale tasks. Although the numbers were correct, these over-limit item stacks could cause errors under certain circumstances. Products will now be reasonably split according to the stack limit. Thank you to the keen-eyed players who discovered this issue.When arranging inventory, if the items exceed the container's capacity after sorting, the excess items will now be dropped onto the ground.Slightly increased the brightness of the butterfly following you—it now have a larger light radius.

  If the character gets stuck due to excessive keyboard input and displays "You are too busy right now," you can now click the teleport button on the upper panel to resolve it.

  Added a new item: Stone of Equilibrium, which permanently decreases the highest attribute by 1 point and increases the lowest attribute by 1 point. Yes, it is used for balancing your attributes. Dropped by some boss-level monsters in the game, available in limited quantities. Please do not abuse.Fixed the prompt for unlocking the recipe of Dawn Breaker. These ultimate weapon recipes are obtained after defeating the Boss Fear, but previously, the prompt was incorrectly triggered after obtaining the Death's Blade by defeating the Nightmare tyrant, causing confusion.

  To all the heroes striving in the world of The Dreams Within, based on the same world setting, I have created a casual desktop idle game, which will be released next month. A free demo is now available, and anyone interested are welcome to try it out. :)

  1 Simple Mode (Easier): Enemy HP decreased, enemy attack decreased, parry cost reduced, stun duration slightly shortened, enemy knockdown threshold reduced. 2 Normal Difficulty: Enemy HP slightly decreased, enemy attack slightly decreased. 3 Hard Difficulty: Enemy HP slightly decreased.

  Fixed an issue in Tutorial Quest 8 if players upgraded the altar to level 2 and learned magic before accepting the quest. Note: All tutorial quests are optional and serve as guidance only. After defeating the Lucid Dream region boss, all those quests will be automatically removed.

  1 Added 9 tutorial quests guiding new players through the Lucid Dream. (Only affects new game slot) 2 Increased spacing and health points for farm trees and water plants fields, making them harder to accidentally been cut down.

  1 Smoker stove can now be demolished. 2 Now use right-click food on Dinner table to eat; left-click to take it out. 3 Reduced aggro range (e.g., wolves) they won't chase too far now. 4 Added interact ui hint to Spider cocoons. (Seriously, no good loot.) 5 Monsters in Northern Grasslands/Weeds Vally now remain at map edges rather than despawn when they hit the exit area.

  1 Added game difficulty options for drop rates. In Easy Mode, the drop rate for basic materials will be increased. Note: Rare materials are unaffected; only basic materials are impacted. 2 When crafting, clicking the down arrow for quantity in the crafting menu will directly set it to the maximum possible quantity based on current inventory.
