  First and foremost, this update fixes a recently-found security vulnerability in the Unity Engine. Unity reports no evidence of this vulnerability being exploited, but we of course recommend you update as soon as possible to prevent problems.Along with the Unity update, we also decided to ship some new content and improvements we've been working on! • v2.0 Update! - 24 March 2025

  Mana Cycle Version v2.0.0 has finally been released! The major changes are as follows: - FOUR new playable characters: Erif, Bithecary, Better You, and Xuirbo! These characters introduce a lot of new mechanics into the game with their complex abilities. Make sure to check them out! - FULL JAPANESE LOCALIZATION has been added to the game. This includes Story Mode and Gauntlet Mode, which were previously not localized. - New ACHIEVEMENTS have been added based on the new playable characters! - The game's rotation system has been internally reworked in order to accommodate the new character abilities. This will not affect any strategies but will help implement future characters. - Various other minor bug fixes and improvements. Check out this trailer showcasing the new characters! • v1.2.7 Update! - 1 August 2024

  Mana Cycle Version 1.2.7 has been released! The major changes are as follows: Two new playable characters, Electro and Romra! Each characters have new unique abilities, so have fun experimenting with them! New backgrounds have been added to the battle scene for visual variety. They can still be disabled with the "Simple BG" option in the settings. Some non-functional steam achievements have been fixed, and some new ones have been added! The main menu and character select scenes have been refurbished to look nicer. Various other bug fixes and improvements. Happy Cycling, everyone! :]

• v1.2.6 Update - 26 July 2024

  Mana Cycle Version 1.2.6 has been released. The changes are as follows: Implemented a Simple Background toggle in the settings. The current background can now be toggled for a solid color one for performance and visual clarity. Fixed Multi-Device input mode disconnecting both devices at the beginning of the match. Fixed Dual-Keyboard input mode causing a softlock in the Solo Menu. Fixed Aqua's active ability sending regular mana instead of trash mana. Fixed a typo. Thanks for sticking with us.   Mana Cycle Version 1.2.5 has been released. The changes are as follows: Implemented particles effects when clearing Mana. The opacity of particles can be adjusted in the settings. Fixed a bug in Gauntlet Mode where stats would show Starting Special in a range from 0-1% rather than 0-100% Fixed a bug in Gauntlet Mode where placeholder text would sometimes show in the inventory when the player had no items.
