The Story When ex-cop Velocity's cancer-riddled rebel girlfriend disappears she tears off across the Scorch, a stretch of toxic wasteland and favelas outside the American capital of Coastal Ohio. Along the way she does battle with rampaging gangs of Lost Girls and her former colleagues in the ultra-violent COPD, before launching an all-out assault on the Rubin Complex where a garrison of pneumatic boffin kunoichi awaits.
