  We'd originally hoped the provocative comedy of the game would help advertise and build support for the game. However, it turned out to be a wall. Some influencers and several websites took issue with the comedy and refused to advertise it, despite Southpark having similar comedy. The methods of advertisement we were able to get, didn't generate enough interest in the game unfortunately. We hope to eventually come back, though by that point this kind of comedy might be outdated as it was meant to make fun of a lot of modern silliness. The joke was sort of a what if scenario, where an old veteran browsed the internet and how he reacted to that discovery. Sadly, we failed on the gameplay. It's something we'd like to get right. • We NEED your HELP! - 4 November 2025

  We would like to finish this game and we've spent a lot of time redoing the gameplay mechanics. Our plan was to initially release a demo with a decent amount of content to help advertise but at this point we cannot get an accurate read on whether people are interested in our game. The top social media sites we've tried to advertise on have outright denied us multiple times. Social media influencers are not within our budget and our team is too small to finish the demo we wanted to do. Some of the influencers we did reach out to also wouldn't advertise our game because they were afraid of the website striking them for showing our content. We have more plans for the game we didn't mention in the video that we intended to explain in the crowdfunding, however we have decided it would not be in our best interest currently to do that until we see some kind of feedback from players. • Early Access Demo will be back! - 11 December 2024

  We would like to thank everyone for playing what we had for the game so far. After some consideration we decided to move forward with some approvements before re-releasing the demo. We've identified several problems with the current design, and while we had more planned that didn't make it into the demo, we will also work hard toward improving features that did make it into the demo. • Demo is live! - 1 December 2024

  We're excited to share this news! Everyone in Why Are You Games has been working hard the past few weeks to ensure we delivered the best possible experience within the timeframe we had. This is by no means the final version, and we have a number of improvements and updates planned. However, we would gladly accept any feedback or opinions, and welcome any suggestions the community has. We're aware of a number of small bugs, and issues with the design and are working to improve on those. In order to get something out as quick as possible we decided to address most of these issues as we work on other levels.

• Demo Update! - 17 November 2024

  Hello, we are happy to be able to release a part of our gameplay as an early access demo. We are still actively developing the game and the features are far from complete, but we wanted to release something early to gauge reactions and get an idea of what we are doing right. We are a small team, and we're actively trying to improve. We hope you laugh and enjoy the demo for what it is, comedy. We're happy to receive any feedback, whether negative or positive. You don't need to worry about hurting our feelings haha. So feel free to tell us how shitty our game is, we don't mind.
