• Lavender Gouda & steam events update - 9 May 2026

  Happy mothers day to all the mums we thought you'd enjoy a new cheese with our new update. I asked for a new cheese for mothers day, something different and the artist our daughter picked this one. It's a Lavender Gouda that you will now find now in endless and story mode levels. We've also been lucky to be part of the Wholesome kitchen event this month. Ends May 12th aest.We are humbled to be amongst some great Aussies & kiwis as part of the ANZ IndieFest Event Ends May 15th aest.

• Wild Cheese Update - 27 April 2026

  Wild cheese is our latest addition to the cheese board. Swapping one of these special cheese with another plain cheese will produce a copy of that cheese, with some interesting differences depending on what cheese or object it is swapped with. You can encounter the new cheese in some levels in story mode in every chapter. 12 new puzzles featuring wild cheese are ready to be solved. Endless mode now has levels with wild cheese, balance to progression and bugs fixed.

  Just some small fixes and optimisations in build 1.6.1. Exiting should be back to being clean and quick. Leaderboard stays behind pause/option menu. Mode, chapter and level shows in pause menu. Game progress reset in settings working again. Optimised code to improve frame rate.

• Cheese Party major update - 7 March 2026

  The new UI changes are now live. Preview of the new layout features can be found here Power ups have descriptions. Levels will show the goal needed to complete (score, moves or coins.) Each Cheese party customer will show their coins for the amount of cheese in the order. Leaderboard integration with the game complete screen.This will no longer display over the top of the cinema story moments. If you place with a high score your score card will display a cheese crown. The top 100 will have a score displayed and you can scroll up and down to see your friends high scores. Take a screenshot and share it with us when you beat them! • User interface update coming soon - 4 March 2026

  We've taken on board your feedback and been busy at work over the late Melbourne summer. There will be an update later in the week which will include a refresh to the in game user interface. Some of our game mechanics weren't visually shown or visually hard to understand. Rest assured the game play and mechanics all remain the same. Preview of the new user interface.Power ups. Visually hard to understand as they aren't your usual kind of power ups. Power ups are handy to use in puzzle mode or when things are difficult e.g smoke or stink bomb levels. Score. If it's not your first time playing the level, your highest score will display. This will make attempts to beat previous scores much easier and you can see if you are doing better this time around. The score multiplier will now show you a visual timer, get a match before it completes to increase the multiplier or it resets to zero. Ch…

• Update notes for June - 3 June 2025

  It's the start of winter or summer and whatever the season, it's the best time for cheese! This update will fix the issue with the puzzle achievement. Finish off all 12 levels, it's tricky. Let us know if you have any further issues, we are more than happy to look into and fix if needed. If you have any further ideas or suggestions, we'd love to hear those as well.

• Update notes for 13th february - 13 February 2025

  With the latest update we have fixed various bugs and made improvements. Fixed level blockages. Cheese spawned in match orders in story mode. Added hint mechanic to highlight cheese behind smoke in smoke levels. Fixed more ghost cheese. Fixed cheese in levels spawning in and out on start up. Fixed mould/blue special cheese tool cheese from spawning ghost tools (otherwise known as tool specials that don't always go off.) Fixed wrong score shown on game end screen. Steam leaderboard will now match in story mode. and more. We hope you have a special valentines day, don't forget the cheese.

  Small patch update for fix to a level in chapter 6 story mode. We are working on getting a few more fixes out this upcoming week. Thanks to all who have reported issues and bugs.

• Update notes for jan 4th - 4 January 2025

  We've released a small patch fix for an issue with cheese that would double and wouldn't match which can be frustrating. While the extra cheese did resolve itself on a next action and was rare, we want players to have the best playing experience possible.

• Cheese party is released on steam. - 23 December 2024

  We hope you enjoy our first game Cheese Party. A little past our original release date. Lessons learnt; Don't release near your wedding anniversary. It's crazy to release so close to christmas.
