Every client imagines a different life: a family needs room to gather, a writer needs quiet, and friends want to wake by the sea. Listen, then make the island your own interpretation. **Understand the need. Choose the solution.** Connect accommodation and shared places with paths. Meet essentials to secure your service fee; preferences and personal gestures earn more. **Give small places character.** Set structures along organic shores, then shape corners with freely positioned benches, flowers, and lanterns. Paint surfaces, finish paths, and change building palettes. **Build a studio.** Take renewing client offers, invest earnings in new building options, source islands for clients, and later assess, renovate, and sell islands of your own.
