Fixes: 1. Fixed issues with lighting effects being out of sync during boss fights. 2. Fixed Thokk's minions being spawned after he dies in boss rush mode. Performance: 1. I disabled most of the lighting effects in the game :( It looked cool but unfortunately was very expensive in terms of performance. 2. I optimized boss rush mode a bit.
