  Hi everyone!We are proud to announce that Steam Next Fest: October 2025 is upon us and PSYCHExFUSE will be taking part!To celebrate, we have released a huge update for the PSYCHExFUSE DEMO (VERSION II), featuring our new "battle" system*, a revamped opening cutscene, plenty of polish, and more!We've also listened to your feedback and improved the pacing in some areas, as well as made some previously-mandatory content optional as to not interrupt the flow of the story too much. We've also made progression more intuitive in some areas as we noticed some points where players were frequently getting stuck. There are also a couple of new achievements!Old saves are likely not compatible with VERSION II, so if you are mid-way through, we recommend restarting as to not causing any sequence breaks/softlocks. *We wouldn't recommend trying to fight things head-on - that may end badly for our poor…

• Play the PSYCHExFUSE DEMO today! - 17 February 2025

  Hi everyone! We're pleased to announce that the PSYCHExFUSE DEMO is now available in time for The Storyteller's Festival 2025! Thank you to the hosts at Two and a Half Studios for having us! The DEMO covers the first half of Part 1: L.C.D, the rest of which will be releasing some time later this year in Early Access. Here's a sneak peak of a major area in Part 1, the Main Plexus! Seems something happened there and now it's a bit of a gloomy mess. We also now have a Discord server - the PSYCHExFUSE LINK TERMINAL!   Hi everyone! As our first post on Steam, we thought we'd let you know that the PSYCHExFUSE DEMO is not far away! We'll be making a specific announcement for it on all socials channels soon - but for the dedicated few who already have followed and wishlisted us on Steam, here's a little trivia for you... PSYCHExFUSE has been in active development for around 6 months, and had been in the planning and concept stage for another 4 months prior. It started as a love letter to the RPGMaker Horror titles of the early 2010's like The Crooked Man, Ib and The Witch's House, but as time went on it grew into its own unique adventure which is what you see on display today! While you wait, here's a teaser from an area you'll be exploring in the DEMO - a once magical garden ravaged by toxic LCD liquid... We hope you like mushrooms!
