  Hello there!after some weeks of fighting with horrible lines of code and getting frustrated because of my own early work, I'm finally done!   Hey folks, I finally found some time to polish Fisher's Idle a little bit. I did a lot of stuff, bug fixing, graphical overhauls and game adjustments. There are some changes with the saving system, it may take some time after loading a save until every boat is filled, but now it should work more reliable, before that it was possible that some workers got "lost" at sea, so don't worry when you don't have to hire new people, your old workers came home :D The UI is new, more suited to the theme of the game, also there's the option to change the size of the UI now. I reworked the moon light and water, added shadows to the boats, fog and shooting stars. The golden fish is now more powerful at the beginning of the game, the price of the big ships (Level 6, 7, 8, 9) increases less after buying one. • Saving Fix - 12 July 2024

  Hey guys, some players reported that they have problems with the save file. Since I don't really know whats the reason for it, I added some functions that make it more reliable. The screen is now frozen for 3 seconds after hitting "saving", and another button was added for saving & quitting. The old quit button did the same, but it did not always work (I'm really sorry for that, it should not happen anymore). The game saves now the old save file as a backup, you can load that in the main menu if you have problems with the save. Thanks a lot to Finstermoor, he really helped me with the saving problem and getting behind it. AutoSave has been adjusted too, I fixed some graphic bugs and changed some values. • More Life Update! - 4 July 2024

  Hello my friends, it's time for a small update! The focus was on bugfixes and to add more life to the ocean. Here's the changelog: 1. Fixed a bug where the language isn't saved correctly. 2. Various visual bugfixes. 3. The global leaderboard is now accessible in the main menu if you click on your profile on the top left. 4. There are now dolphins, sharks and a orca in the water. 5. Theres now a man fishing at the dock, he's called Pete. 6. Fixed finnish translation 7. You can now change the color of a already bought ship here: 8. • Day One Patch! - 27 June 2024

  Hello there, it's time for the Day One Patch, thanks a lot especially to The FluffeyPanda, Ironman_Isomer and Yrsgrathe for their input, it helped me a lot! vRelease1.1: 1. The language and the audio volumes are now saved and loaded everytime the game is started. 2. There is now a tutorial, which explains most of the game basics, stats, controls and how everything works. It only starts in new saves but you can click it away. 3. Auto-Save works now correctly. 4. The Golden Fish is buffed, by a lot. 5. The Golden Fish now makes a "cling" sound when it spawns. 6. Fixed a bug where "Save3" wasn't loading. 7. Added the shortcut "D" to the docks.
