  Hello, this is Lucky 🌻💕, Emanuelle's partner and lead developer of love at the Milky Way diner.We wanted to share an update on Emanuelle's health as she continues recovering from the medical emergency she experienced in December.Over the past couple of months, Emanuelle has started making encouraging progress. She has regained the ability to speak for short periods of time and has even begun doodling in her sketchbook again. Unfortunately, working on her iPad, writing, and other more demanding tasks are still beyond her current capabilities. That said, we remain optimistic about her recovery and are hopeful that she will continue to make meaningful improvements over time.Because of this, we can no longer promise a specific release date for love at the Milky Way diner.This is not the outcome any of us least of all Emanuelle wanted.   Thank you to everyone who has patiently waited for this day, we are pleased to announce that the Early Access for LatMWD is now live! Chapter 1 includes....Over 80k words of dialogue, not including our first demo day. Over 130 discoverable recipes to cook for your customers17 character CGS ( 8 from the demo + 9 new) As for what comes next, we're jumping right on in to working on chapters 2 and 3. Our current goal is to release chapter 2 in spring of 2026 and chapter 3 sometime in the summer. We'll have another update in the coming weeks, so please stay tuned! We hope that everyone has been having a great summer so far, enjoying the sunny and warm weather.We've been sharing regular development updates on itch.io and kickstarter, but we figured our steam audience needed an update too. If you haven't checked us out in a while, LatMWD got an updated demo this past June! it includes partial voice acting, CGS, and our new soundtrack so please do consider checking it out.   Hello! And thank you so much for downloading and playing Love at the Milky Way Diner’s demo! The response we’ve gotten from the demo alone has been so overwhelmingly positive and heartening, and we can’t wait for the full game. To that end, we’re emailing players to let them know that our second attempt at crowdfunding the full game launched this past Monday, and will be running till 9am on July 10th! you can back the kickstarter here!
